Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Trainer

GENERAL SUMMARY
Our BPO Trainers are responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring training programs and processes for IX.com corporate clients. We are interested in professionals who want to continue to grow in the BPO field. Ideal candidates would have a background in customer service, speech, communications, and / or human resources.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivering training materials in a meaningful way that ensures trainees have a smooth transition into successful, BPO professionals.
  • Creating a positive, fun, and motivating training environment to enhance trainee performance and increase retention. 
  • Develops and conducts training assessments, competency testing as well as follow-up testing to determine effectiveness of training programs.
  • Providing feedback, ideas, insight, and suggestions for improvement on trainee performance, training policies, and training operation.
  • Participating in client calibration sessions and taking customer calls when not involved in training.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have outstanding communication skills (verbal and written), motivational skills, and a professional demeanor. 
  • 3 years experience in a training and/or customer service environment preferred.
  • Call center experience preferred. Exposure to, and an understanding of the principles of call management
  • Degree holder.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on client needs.
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a flexible approach to working in a team.
