Training Coordinator
GENERAL SUMMARY
Our Training Coordinators are responsible for ensuring training programs are being carried out smoothly. This job will include administrative support such as scheduling, invoicing, collection of survey results, and maintenance of trainee database. We are interested in individuals who are positive, fun and energetic and want to continue to grow in the training field. Ideal candidates would have a background in customer service, speech and communications.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a trainee database to track and manage training program.
- Registering and scheduling of trainees.
- Coordinate the scheduling of training/proctors sessions for corporate clients.
- Assist with traveling and lodging requirement for trainers.
- Manage invoices and check requests for training and events. Maintain a record of check submission and payments.
- Obtain surveys/feedback to monitor proctor performance and record in database.
- Assist trainers in class activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have good communication skills (verbal and written), and a professional demeanor.
- 2 years experience in customer service environment preferred.
- Diploma holder preferred.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on client needs.
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a flexible approach to working in a team.
