MANAGED HUMAN RESOURCE OPERATIONS
We provide end-to-end HR operations support in the following areas:

	Disciplinary Management We provide employee counseling, performance improvement management issuance of show cause letters and conducting domestic inquiry and termination on behalf of our clients.
	Performance Management In order to ensure that the staffs are meeting their KPIs in line with client's expectation, we conduct performance appraisals for all the employees contracted. In the event that the staff is non-performing, we will enroll them under a "performance improvement programme" to improve on their low key areas.
	Contract Management We support our client by issuing appointment letters, contract renewals, contract expiry and non renewal contract.
	Management Reporting We provide updated management reporting to client covering from recruitment tracker, headcount report, leave administration and reporting, attrition report and discipline and adherence tracker.
	Personnel Administration Our service covers annual and medical leave administration, time sheet management, personnel record management and salary dispute resolution.
