TRAINING

We undertake to customize training programmes to fit client's specific needs. The process begins with a fact-finding session to determine client’s training needs. Based on that, we will develop a specific programme outline to meet those needs. Once client is satisfied with our proposal, we will commence with training. Upon completion of training, we will do an evaluation and submit a comprehensive report and recommendation for further action.

In doing so we have establish the IX.com Academy to address the growing industry demands for young people to be groom to be Contact Center Professionals.

CERTIFICATION


Certified Contact Center Professionals (CCCP) is a training program developed for contact center professional potential who aspires to embark on career in BPO Contact Center, to be equipped with the knowledge and skills paramount to the industry.



CCCP is accredited by Open University Malaysia and is recognized by the Ministry of Human Resource (MOHR). Graduates from this certification program will obtain the necessary knowledge, competencies and skills to begin their career in BPO industry.
